Áine Fox, dip Counselling & Psychotherapy is the Lead Psychotherapist at the professional centre. She has worked in the area of psychotherapy for many years and has gained experience working in all areas of life's challenges.  Áine has also worked through many challenges in her own life and understands firsthand the difficulties facing people dealing with life. .She has also spent many years working in the corporate world in the area of HR and People Development and Executive Coaching.

 

Our values revolve around integrity and we aim to provide a very real, safe and confidential environment where you can feel comfortable opening up and discussing your situation. We aim to ensure we build trust and connection to ensure your sessions are of the most value to you.
